YnF - Duplicate Course and Edit to "New"
How to duplicate existing course and change it to new course

1. Go to your live database website 'ynf.com.sg' or 'ynfpro.steps.jele.site'. Access 'Course' module and select the existing course which you want to change title and date

2. Under selected course, click on 'Action' and then 'Duplicate'.

3. For this new duplicated course, please change the highlighted fields according to your new course info.

4. For new created course, please maintain the course status as 'Confirmed'. When your applicants are fully registered, then only you click on 'Finish Course' and the course status will become 'Done'. Now, the website registration for this course will close.

5. A ticket should be assigned to this course therefore online applicant can see the application form. Click on 'Tickets' button and access the ticket detail below with green highlighted.

6. Click the line item to access the ticket details.

7. Click on 'Edit' to change the name of ticket. Change the ticket title name to 'short date and time' which you want to set. And then the third step is to insert a 'form builder' and 'API details'

8. Select the 'form builder', Tick the 'Form with attendee details', Fill the 'API Attendee name' as nameAsReflectedInNricWp, Fill the 'API Attendee Email' as emailPersonal and Fill the 'API Attendee Phone' as mobileNoPersonal.

9. Moreover, you can edit the 'Sales end' date in the course interface. This date is to control whether the course will be valid in your front-end public website.

10. When the course setting is done in back-end, we may click on 'go to website' to access front-end website to optionally publish the course. Alternatively, you may access 'Website' module and click on 'go to website' in the dashboard to access front-end website.

11. In the front-end website, you can make the course 'published' by move the 'unpublished' toggle button to the right. Published course means the course can be seen by public for application when you are not login as back-end internal user.

12. For the course content design for public in the front-end website, you can click on 'Edit' and insert the content info / photo to the particular space.Reminder: you can only edit the front-end content when you removed the 'form builder' under ' ticket' (Refer to below note 13)

13. In order to edit front-end website course content, you need to remove the ticket assigned followed by the below steps.Once you have finished the front-end course design, you may assign the ticket back. Follow the steps of the above note 5 - note 8.
